can i withdraw from bankruptcy after a few weeks being in bankruptcy.i'm worried because i just realized today that my parents have my name on their bank account because they are not capable of doing their own banking.its not for my personal use but for its for them.i also have my name on my sons bank account but i haven't used in 4 years he uses it for his personal use.i'm also wondering about my life insurance that i bought 19 years ago.what affects does bankruptcy have on this.
How do I go about declaring bankruptcy form the United States? I am from St. John's and all of my debt is in Canada/ NL. (we currently live in the US)
